Order & Payment
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Click on a product of your choice and, if necessary, choose the desired size, color and quantity. Place the item in your shopping cart via the 'ADD' button. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. You will then see an overview of your order, in which you can change the items if desired.
Click on 'ORDER & PAY' to complete your order. If you have an account, you can log in so that all your details are filled in automatically. Don't have an account yet? Then you can now create one or order as a guest.
In the second step you choose the desired shipping method that is available, depending on your address and the products in your shopping cart.
Finally, choose the desired payment method and complete the order by making the payment. Make sure that you always return to the webshop from, for example, your banking environment, so that you see that your order has been received with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation by email.
PAYMENT METHODS
It is currently possible to pay via iDeal or credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION?
Within a few minutes you will automatically receive a confirmation email to the specified email address. Please check the spam folder of your email program if you still have not received it after 30 minutes.
If you have created an online account, you can also check via your account whether the order has been received correctly.
ARE THE ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CART RESERVED?
No, unfortunately the products will not be reserved if the order and payment have not yet been completed. It can therefore happen that an item is sold out while it is in your shopping cart. You will then receive a message that you can no longer order it.
CAN I HAVE AN ITEM WRAPPED AND/OR SHIPPED AS A GIFT?
How nice that you come and shop for a gift with us :). Indicate in the comments which item or items you would like to have wrapped as a gift and we will do our best to wrap it as nicely as possible!
Also if you want it sent directly as a gift, indicate that it is a gift in the comments. Naturally, you then enter the shipping address of the person who should receive the gift. We do not include a paper invoice in our packages ;).
